Scouting Notes

←Game #17 · not today's puzzle→

Who is the player? Each wrong guess unlocks another note (6 in all, 6 guesses).

  1. Note 1Appearances counted since 2005 only (Cricsheet): 68 Test, 73 IPL.

Stats are Cricsheet ball-by-ball data for men's matches since 2005. Cricsheet coverage is incomplete for Tests in 2005-07 and for ODIs and T20Is, so ODI and T20I totals are not used here. IPL coverage is full. Afghanistan men's matches are withheld.

How to Play Scouting Notes

Scouting Notes is a free cricket daily puzzle on ClutchLab. Name the player from the analyst's notes, one clue at a time.

  1. Choose a sport and a game from the home page or one of the sport hubs.
  2. Read today's prompt. You might be asked to name a player who fits a clue, fill in a grid or rebuild a career path.
  3. Search for a name and submit your answer. The game tells you straight away whether you were right and how close you got.
  4. Share your result and come back tomorrow to keep your streak going. Older puzzles are in the archive if you want more today.
